Volunteer Landing Marina is situated at the headwaters of the Tennessee River- mile marker 648 in Downtown Knoxville. Just minutes from The University of Tennessee campus, Downtown Market Square, Gay Street and The Old City Knoxville, Volunteer Landing is the hub of activity. Volunteer Landing Marina is home to the Vol Navy Boaters Association, Fort Loudon Lake Association, Volunteer Princess dinner cruise line, and Volunteer Boat Rentals. Features include a 3 mile river walk, which is vibrant with bicyclists, joggers and sight seers. The growth of the Downtown waterfront has prompted activities all year long within walking distance of the marina. Make Volunteer Landing, Knoxville’s only Downtown marina, your port of choice.
Slip sizes at Volunteer Landing range from 24′ covered slips up to 70′ covered boat slips. All slip have available water, electric and cable tv hook ups. Transient space is available according to availabilty. Call the Ship Store for availability and to reserve a slip.

- A fully stocked Ship Store which includes drinks, chips, candy, ice, VOL NAVY merchandise and boating supplies.
- Our Fuel Dock has ethanol-free 87 octane unleaded gas and diesel.
- Our convenient pump-out station is located at the Fuel Dock, as well, and is free to slip holders.
- Home of Pirate’s Cove Tiki Bar which offers many food and drink specials.
